OVERVIEW
GebraBit HTU20D is a digital humidity and temperature measurement module.
GebraBit HTU20D Communicate with I2C protocol and operates with 1V8 and 3V3 Supply Voltages which users can easily select with a Considered onboard jumper selector; This feature helps to use a wide range of microcontrollers for interfacing with this module.
GebraBit HTU20D has a digital humidity and Temperature sensor for OEM applications where reliable and accurate measurements, low-power, high volume, and cost-sensitive with tight space constraints are needed. Every sensor is individually calibrated and tested. Lot identification is printed on the sensor, and an electronic identification code is stored on the chip, which can be read out by command. A low battery can be detected, and a checksum improves communication reliability. The resolution of this digital humidity sensor can be changed by command (8/12bit up to 12/14bit for RH/T).
